With nearly 7 years as a Town centre Regeneration Officer, Tracy specialises in supporting and strengthening the local business community. Tracy leads on key initiatives such as the East Ayrshire Gift Card and the Shop Front Improvement Scheme. She works closely with business associations to foster collaboration and growth. Prior to this role Tracy spent 18 years running her own retail business, giving her firsthand insight in to the challenges faced by small business owners. This lived experience allows her to offer practical, empathetic support and drive regeneration efforts that truly reflect the needs of our town centre entrepreneurs.
