Ross Grant is a Project Manager with Aberdeen Inspired, specialising in place-based regeneration, stakeholder co-ordination, and the implementation of adaptive reuse strategies within complex urban environments. He serves as the Co-ordinator for Aberdeen’s award-winning Upper Floors Project, which established the Upper Floors Technical Panel to streamline cross-disciplinary expertise across planning, building standards, architectural design, marketability, access, and conservation.  

Ross holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Place Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, supporting his evidence-based approach to urban governance and place-led economic renewal. His work focuses on diagnosing systemic barriers to the reactivation of vacant upper-storey assets on Union Street and developing
