Gavin Tweedie is driven by a mission to create a better future for his children and the next generation by championing people-and planet-positive values. Passionate about wild swimming and the outdoors, he supports environmentally and socially responsible causes.

The 2024 Net Zero Heroes award winner, Gavin is a serial entrepreneur with seven successful company launches since 1995, including exits to IBM, HP, and Sun Microsystems.

In 2021, he founded THINK Partnership, a consultancy helping businesses embed sustainability at their core for resilience and growth. He also co-founded the Scottish Net Zero Community, leading 80 SMEs to COP26, and Net Zero Nation, a nonprofit enabling 150 SMEs to achieve NetZero goals and win awards.

Today, Gavin partners with Ray Black at THINK Partnership, guiding companies to future-proof their businesses, attract talent and investment, and turn sustainable growth ambitions into reality.
