The shade lining is a rigid, flame retardant PVC; tested in the Lighting Association Laboratories and passing a glow wire test. The fabric becomes fire resistant once it has been fused to the PVC.

All shades are suitable for both UK and European usage with the addition of a converter plug.

We recommend using a low energy 40W bulb.
