Introducing our Gorse Wine; made from hand foraged wild gorse flowers from the Sidlaw Hills, not easily picked having thorns instead of leaves, it's worth it though. Fermented into a brilliant golden wine of medium sweetness.
Bottled in beehive bottles to match it's notes of honey and flowers, corked then sealed with wax.
Delicious paired with hot smoked trout, or troute pate with cream cheese.
12.2% Vol, 75cl. Serve chilled.
