Fishing Float Art Ltd. is a bussiness born from recycling plastic floats found washed up along Scotlands coastline. Hermione, the artist, has been painting the beachcombed floats for over 30 years. Painting floats continues to be an important part of the business, however, developing a range of 2D artwork has always been an ambition. Over the last 12 months Hermione has created a bold and colourful collection of completely hand drawn designs, in a style reflective of the painted floats. These are inspired by her Island home, the sea, fishing, birds and of course lighthouses, a lifelong interest of the artist.
