It’s hard to improve on perfection.  Nothing added but a rich smoky flavour.  Perfect for adding to salads, pastas and quiches.  Our salmon is all sourced from RSPCA accredited farms in Orkney & Shetland.  We believe that these wild coastal waters produce fish that are leaner with a firmer flesh.
