We directly source our superior 3 litre mini barrels made from Mongolian oak from a cooperage which also supplies 200l barrels for use by the whisky industry. The charring and preparation is the same so whisky enthusiasts can fill with their own choice of spirit and watch the maturation process in action at home. Often used as a 'living' cask, where different whiskies are filled and left to develop together before being sampled. Slainte!
