Fuelled by a deep-rooted passion for the food, drink, and tourism sectors, Jemma leads the food tourism development for Scotland at Scotland Food & Drink, working closely with key stakeholders such as the Scottish Tourism Alliance, the Scottish Government, and Scottish Agritourism. The key projects identified as priorities are aligned with national strategies and ambitions.

Jemma is one of Scotland’s Food Tourism ambassadors, showcasing her commitment to promoting Scotland as a leading food tourism destination. Her contributions to the tourism industry have been recognised through her inclusion in Scotland's Top 100 Women in Tourism for two consecutive years, along with numerous accolades for her dedication to tourism and industry initiatives.
