Angie started her career in tourism working for the Walt Disney World company in Orlando, Florida. This instilled in her a passion for the 'guest experience' ' ways of creating personalised interactions with customers to memorable effect. She has worked for VisitScotland for 10 years and now works in encouraging investment in quality throughout all sectors of Scottish tourism.
