A family run company who has been trading for over 30 years. We offer a broad range of farmhouse and artisan cheeses from all over Europe, maturing them in our maturing facilicties in Edinburgh. We have been specialising in trade since 1993, helping farmshops, delis and restuarants select only the best cheeses, meats and store cupboard items.
