Crofters Larder creates "artisan larder staples" from the glut of produce from the surrounding 30miles from "home" - the Isle of Arran.
Collaborating with local suppliers, farmers, commercial, and hobby growers to create a circular economy, minimise food waste, and create delicious complementary cupboard staples.
Using traditional preservation techniques we create a range of fermented products like sauerkraut and kimchi; ketchups; chutneys and relish; along with cordials. The ambition is to create a complete complimentary cupboard range using exclusively locally grown produce.
Like the moonshiners of old our sister business Crofters Still embraces this ethos to also create delightful alcoholic drinks. Bringing a range of crafted spirit drinks (Gin, Vodka, Rum) using hand foraged and locally grown botanicals along with our zero-waste "Drip Tray" spirits.
