From the Heart of the Highlands
Lovingly crafted on the banks of Loch Duich, Chocolates of Glenshiel captures the essence of the Highlands in a delicious array of locally sourced flavours, from Skye Whisky to Heather Honey and locally foraged elderflower. At the age of 18, Finlay Macdonald founded Chocolates of Glenshiel with the aim of bringing his love of food to creating exquisite chocolates in the heart of his community. Finlay’s dream is to put his home on the map and give back to the community that has given him so much by making Glenshiel synonymous with sumptuous chocolates.
