Kirsti Hannah Brown Ceramics
Stand: CG26
Inspired by a love of Western Celtic shorelines and seascapes I hand build ceramic vessels fired to stoneware temperature. Shapes are figurative, featuring vivid turquoise glaze that reflects the influence of the sea and landscape.
My inspiration comes from the landscape, not the totally wild landscape, but the one we as humans have lived and worked in for millennia. I visit Kilmartin Glen as often as possible and I am bringing my latest range of work inspired by my drawings of the rock carvings.
