Persie Distillery

Persie Distillery nestles at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire. We promise a feast for the senses! Visitors can drink in spectacular views from the highest public road in the UK – as well as savouring samples of our award-winning gins and vodka.

Voted Best of the Best by TripAdvisor, we produce six acclaimed spirits. The distillery originals range is like a 3-course meal in gin, with a starter, main course and pudding of Zesty Citrus, Herby, and Sweet & Nutty expressions. As a dog-friendly distillery we also produce a range of charity gins for PADS dog rescue, where Labrador Gin, Spaniel Gin and Dachshund Gin Liqueur reflect the different breeds!
