Hello! I am Hattie Forster, owner and artist at Fiddy+Mabel, based in rural East Lothian, where I live with my husband and our 7 year old twins.
I started Fiddy+Mabel in august 2020 (named after our two black labradors!) - like many the pandemic gave me time and space to re-evaluate, and spurred me on to pursue my creative passion
My work is inspired by the coast and countryside around us here in East Lothian and across Scotland, and by my love for wild swimming.
My aim is to create items for everyday that bring a little joy into people's live, reminding them of happy places and experiences
